How to become a Steam curator?

Hello, how do I become a curator on Steam? Is there a prerequisite?

After I saw the success of the Sweet baby inc. curator, I wanted to start my own curator this summer holiday and try to, hopefully, get it to become as popular as possible. I have doubts it's gonna work, but it's worth a try.

Having said that, my curator would focus more on the content of the game than that curator. To keep it simple, I want to give informational ratings to games to better explain what they are about and how they play, something tags don't always accomplish quite that well.

I don't know how much that'd impart my curator's appeal since you know where that curator got most of the attention from. I welcome any tips to make the most out of it.
