Anyway how to check in steam?
1. Family View = Disabled
2. Family sharing = enabled
What you can do is to reset the app. In case you're using it for Steam guard (the other option would be email), generate a list of backup Steam guard codes & reset the app then. You'll have to "migrate" Steam guard from the old app instance to the new with all that entails which is a pretty minor issue (no trading for a few days).

I'm here to report that I've had the same problem with the Steam Guard application on my Android phone.
The problem has appeared since the last update. I also have family share enabled without restriction. And like @Bill Brasil, everything went back to normal when I reinstalled the app.
