Are Tf2 keys instant tradeable?
After I buy Tf2 key on steam market, do I wait 7 days or can i trade it instantl:Y: ?

All items bought on the marketplace have a 7 day cooldown before they can be traded or sold again.

Only trading has a cooldown, items can immediately be sold again.

From the Market page itself, under the item description...

After purchase, this item:
  • will not be tradable for one week
  • can immediately be re-sold on the Steam Community Market
