Game is glitching...

looking skyward, my game is glitching constantly. when i move, when i stand still etc...when i turn it looks like square sheets in the sky to the ground. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. still does it. Also something i downloaded with one of the maps, grease, i cant get rid of greasing vehicles. How do i get rid of that? i also got stupid twine and string. How do i get rid of that. now every map now has twine, lubricating grease.... Help
