Steam games stuck on initial loading screen
So recently after a deep clean of my PC's hardware all of my games installed on my secondary drive stopped working almost at all. They turn on but get stuck on the first loading screen I encounter. They don't even seem to try to load anything as they use pretty much none of my PC's resources and close instantly with alt+f4. Don't know what's wrong but it's starting to get annoying.

Most game that get stuck there is seen as maybe a anti-virus app blocking issue. ( reset windows and you also reset firewall and antivirus )

And you just made a deep clean of a pc , so it look like you cause a issue with its once allwoed security ( best guessing )

Is you have remove Thirdpart app requirements then its same issue. you did a access that effect own each game in what they use.

make sure VC++ is newest from MS, but they you will have a crash log or popup, unless yuo use windows popup focus as dont tell me anything here, windows can do that today.

see windows event view why a app crash. maybe you get a bone to chew on here with what happend here.

Try instal a game you actual want to play and see if that can help you fix cant start a game could be seen as a good idea.

My anti-virus has steam put as allowed, vc++ (the latest) is installed, and event view doesn't seem to show anything about any of the games.
also when I try to check file integrity of any game from my E: drive (the problematic drive) they just get completely stuck

I've dug deeper into the event view and found some stuff.
It says:
"
The program Cities.exe, version 5.6.7.3267, stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about this problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance window in the Control Panel. Process ID: 4da0 Start time: 01dac68fc251e4d6 End time: 2 Application path: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities.exe Report ID: d0c61413-e627-462b-a63d-688d12928f51 Full name of the package causing the error: Application ID related to the package causing the error: Hang type: Unknown

the same thing seems to happen if I try playing Battlefield V but the error is on the EA launcher and the exact same thing happens with any other game from the E: drive
