Bank Money for przelewy24 ended in failure on the steam side

I bought Shadow of the Erdtree 2 hours ago using money transfer and przelewy24 payment option for Poland. Money - 169pln, was taken from my account and the support of przelewy24 I contacted says that money was transfered to Steam, so all is ok from their point of view. Status of the transaction is "successfull" on przelewy24 website. The DLC is not on my steam pjurchase list. I got scammed by Steam idiots ?

The transation is not listed at all on steam but is listed on 3rd party przelewy24 as successfull.
