impossible to buy skyrim anniversary

hello, i have skyrim special edition on steam, but when i wan't to buy the anniversary patch, steam says that a need to buy first skyrim special edition, but i already have it installed with steam on my pc ! Any ideas ? thanks and sorry for my bad english

Make sure you're putting the upgrade DLC in your cart rather than some kind of bundle that includes the full game. That might cause problems given that you already own the Special Edition.

If you've already tried to buy this exact item, and you're getting the error, maybe try waiting an hour to see if it works then. The sale just started a little while ago, so the servers are likely being hammered.

There are only 2 options for ''select platform''

a) xbox

and

b) PlayStation 4

In other words, those who bought the ''europe version'' of the special edition can get the digital upgrade for PC

i don't highly recommend getting it

Since majority of the mods for the game are not in the ''creations club''

The mods you currently using in the game OP, check thoroughly to see if they are added into ''creations club'' first

Or else the current save game you playing will not work properly.
