I cant start GAME without update ? COD.

Hey mates, I want play COD MW3, maybe some DMZ on MW2 and I cant start GAME without UPDATED game. Dont tell me that u cant play DMZ without UPDATES... that is too sad.

What did you expect, game devs want update and fix own game you can stop be the network and all that , but then you live with the consequence with a game thats has bug or worse lost progress then bug effect game and save game, and you can find many post where i have said not really a choise, why will a game devs help yuo then you dont update it game as it was ment to be played. ( ppl from box games in the old days know this. )

You have license to play it not the file content is yours.
so its here i have siad it many time , we have no choise at all..

its update game or you lose right to get game devs support for not update, same as then you accept or cancel agreement in the online games.

so we have actual no choise at all. ( you are not the first here at steam that askk this , problem is even i told you ways , its also agaienst steams core rule if you think over it fiddle with its content, and we actual doing this with avoid update. i know im hard on the topic , but i bet you can see the issue here,nothing prevent you not have a pc with no network access, that is a s fare i want to go, in dodge the bullet,

if i was game devs , why will i help you with game bug issue i already have solve in patch version, its more have a nicd day and you idi this to yourself and now svage game cant fix story mode because you did not update the game, problem is they will never tell you thing like this.

here we are diffrent we are steam user to steam users, and you do not want to hear we are sorry you have game issue,

this is not support this is a steam forum, and we learn this from the past with box cover games that did not get game update in time.

i hope you can see the issue with not update games.
we are not your judge either, its mor to bad you did not get the msg that day you do get a game issue.


do not delete your post so other steam user learn what we other learn from DOS age, old way is gone, and most gamers from next gen might not know what we went though.

what prevent you make cue schedule at midnight then pc is not on or time dl cue to 1 minute.
thats dont mean you can bend the rule or skip update and most be online but what prevent steam not make a force update , just like other brand do you can say no 3 times then it will force its way someday.

and we are still back at you live with the consequence.
its not us here that recommended what you are doing.

ask any here that dare say they lost a game because they did not update funny they never step up and admit own blaim.


again we learn it from box games there was no online app that update our games you need to dl them yourself. from other sites even.

Due to the online modes in the COD games you MUST have on the most recent version of the game before you can launch it.
Even if you only plan on playing the story mode, you need to be on the latest version.
