Report a translation problem
it could be relevant to the chunk dl issue. if i read past post right in other thread steam post. steam support might know this we did not as user here. it could be relevant.
I included that info in my second message to support. Also-good news: I finally managed to get the Steam Deck sale page to load. Bad news: I got it to load on a brand new device that is NOT mine (less than a month old iPad)-hence it’s not in any way a feasible replacement to browse Steam on. At least I know the issue isn’t with my wi-fi connection or IP address-and most likely not with my account. The only conclusion I can come to atm is: if you don’t have the newest hardware and/or OS (at least on Apple devices), Steam’s new update may not work properly.

Update: Possible cause, had a steam client update that I had to manually check for.
This is why we ask, we are steam users here, we have no info on any here, past post user with chuck issue said read log find chunk dl issue and delete it start validate again.
Its here we all scrates our head aient it that validate game intergrity of files and should fix. ( corrupted data, and aient this just the point with it, why steam has a issue i dont know. )
And this is why you all need make post untill steam get the msg, you do not want me to point at all other system check and disk issue, and previous past steam user that solve this told me steam seem tohave a issue with chunk sense you can delete it and start it again so they have a checksum issue with data transfer.
Worst part i could not find the other steam user post now over 48 hours ago, with chuck issue that tell us this., and be happy i remember it, and stick to i did read it.
Also why i send you guys to steam support, and why system info could matter,
and what can you use all then other steam user i dont have this issue to.
You are few now bur we all can see a increased steam user issue with it.
now we need steam to deal with it. ( and only them with the problem can get help at steam support.
no ticket then steam has no problem, many IT company work like this today,

only post i have seen it help a game dl, with chunk issue , why you have it in store, i dont know. ( could be netwrok into steam thats congested, check steam DL zone , wont help then main store page is the issue , i think. unless line into steam is the cause.
The link you last posted mentions "Here's how to solve a validation loop/infinite update loop", this isn't relevant to the chunk issue.
My steam is fully updated and games are all fully updated. Error messages appear while clicking around on the steam client.
Anyways i opened a support ticket but looking forward to solutions that others can post here in the meantime.
Current workaround i found is to use steam in the web browser instead of the desktop client until they get this fixed
Exatly but aient that the problem here chunk issue with diffrent issue, some has it in a download
other in client, aient it nice then , you get a broad info on what what is not a chunk data, but you did not get that at all.

feel free to contact steam, and own ISP , because you still need to goto steam through all them ISP and there partners's partner and you only need one of them that has congested network and cut you off or drop or make corrrupted data or steam in other end doing it..
and do make a note , its funny its doing steam event sale aient it.
and ISP do not make fiber expansion into steam just becuase steam has a sale, this is fact
lets see if ppl has issue like this 2-3 days after sale, i doubt it, then traffic return to normal.
gl with steam event sale, its same BS everytime steam has sale, any helper here can see it, and steam did not had many issue doing covid19, they handle it very well, so its here we other think its a ISP issue into steam.
we are steam user here, not support, i bet other steam user also see a increas of steam post every time they do it.
its here all the DL issue and connections issue increased, we dont need to be shelock holmens to see that. its over ysars steam users start to see the little clues.
only diffrence if you get education or know serve'sr and spreadout users among them you start to see it.

its rare its a total global thing , unless steam server has it all the plaees , but then should we not all have this, and we dont.
This is the problem then you think its a only a steam issue, steam has what 250 to 350 millions active users every day, some will be dropped at a isp router then event sale is there that is know as congested network, ISP do not expand becuase little steam has a garrage sale.
This is fact then trasffic return to normal, all isp fiber will be empty of traffic and not in use.

icera, none of your comments help. Please stop posting. It could be a steam issue with the ui or how your card or board process its requests. Your sentences are barely understandable, and you're clogging the forum.
Anyway, using the steam website itself does work as a workaround, but i hope they find a fix quick, as its quite annoying
buddy is not helping at all
