Dualsense keeps disconnect and reconnect for a split second with an audio cue

just bought a Dualsense like 3 months ago, and almost all the time in the middle of a game, my Dualsense would disconnect and reconnect for a mere split second with an audio cue of somewhat a USB has been disconnect and reconnect at the same time. ive been finding ways to fix this but there's just no solution to it. it's starting to get really annoying. i'd appreciate any help, tq

OK how is it connected??? WIRED or with a wireless adapter or bluetooth???.....if wired try other ports....if its on its own USB wireless adapter try another USB port.....if its on bluetooth make sure your antennas are not buried behind the metal PC case.....also if your trying any wireless options try using the USB wired link to see if its the controller works on its own.....

it's wired, specifically with usb-c all the time since my pc doesn't have bluetooth, but i tried connecting it with bluetooth from my laptop and it works fine.

i've tried other ports as well, all including 2.0 and 3.0 but the problem is still there. im thinking that the problem are either my pc ports, windows 11 issue or my controller's usb port.
