Lost my games assosiated with my email

Hello, I have not used my Steam account for the last 7 years, and I lost all of my paid games when I recently logged in with the same email account. I may have changed the current user ID, but I don't even remember the old user ID, although I used the same email ID. Is there any way to get them back?

You login with the account name. That defines the account you log into.

You can have multiple accounts associated with a single email. You've logged into the wrong account.

You can't change your user ID/Username/Account name. You can change your profile name BUT you do not use profile names to login.
