It just changes from which regional Steam servery your game download files come.
The only way to change steam store region is to be physically in that country and then buy something on the store with a regional payment method of that country.
Also you can only change store country once every 3 months like that.
Yes thank you, I knew the bit about changing the store country, and that’s why I was confused on the appearance of the game in my store after simply changing the download region and restarting. Any idea what would happen in case I go ahead and buy the game? Noting that my store region should still be UAE while the downloads region is set to USA.
Probably some odd glitch that required a restart to get it to show.
