I have to restart the computer for my second controller to be usable
So I have two controllers, the gamesir G7 SE and the Vader 3 pro. Both of which are fantastic and perfect for different games. However, in certain games like call of duty, DMC 5 and such.
I cannot use the other controller (Vader 3 pro) after playing with the G7 SE, I have to unplug the already used one, then restart the pc for steam to recognize the other; though, in certain games like helldivers 2.
It supports the simultaneous use of either controller so much that I could literally use the left stick of the vader to move and the right stick of the gamesir to aim at the same time.

What is going on here? I also have steam input disabled.

So I did find a work around. I have to close the game. Unplug one controller, then launch the game back up. And apparently it detects the other controller. I assume there's some sort of order steam is arranging each controller at.
It could be simpler than that - the Vader 3 Pro is a DirectInput controller really, so any game reading it natively is going to think it's a PS style controller. That's why Helldivers 2 can recognise both controllers at the same time - it supports both XBox and PS controller while most other games don't.

But I'm using it with the Xinput mode. The controller has support for both dinput/xinput. D being lights blue and X being a white light. I tested this before with dinput working flawlessly with splinter cell conviction while xinput gives me wrong bindings. So this wouldn't be an issue of what input it is because games recognise what input you're on, steam and windows also recognise it as an xbox controller as well. I'm not understanding how games would bypass its recognition as an xinput controller.
