Paysafe card and pending payment for too long

It's been 2+hrs and so far, i haven't received the credits in response to the paysafecard i used. The transaction is said to have been complete in the paysafecard site but steam, has yet to approve it.

Check your Steam purchase history.
If it says pending, you need to wait for it to complete or fail.
If it fails, the money will be returned to your payment method in a few days.

Yeah, i know. It says pending right now. Fun fact, i've used 1 paysafe of the same value just before this one, and it got completed as soon as i've proceeded with using the 2nd pin.Not sure if this is a coincidence or not.

Paysafe tends to have the occasional issue working on Steam.
Sometimes there is no issue, others there is a wait time.

True. I usually have to wait for like a minute or two for the credit to be added to my account. However, this time is a totally different waiting game.

I got the exact same problem. It's already 24h for me since I tried to buy 25€ Steam funds with a PSC. Really annoying. I already contacted the Steam support but that is everything I can actual do. It's my third time now. Second time took over 12h before I got a response from Valve and the first time I ever had this glitch it took ONE ENTIRE MONTH for my money to arrive. Luckily it was just 10€ back then but still was super annoying.

Edit: Money has arrived.

I had similar issues with ideal.

It was stuck at pending for two hours, after which steam completely removed the transaction from my account. Then I got a mail that said to try again -- which I did.
That one was stuck pending as well and was also removed after two hours. No e-mail or anything afterwards though.

Meanwhile I got charged twice, nothing was added to my account and the transactions were also removed from my account. Very nice Steam. Very nice.

Now, 24 hours later, all the sudden the game gets added to my account after all... even though the transactions supposedly failed according to steam.

And an hour later the transactions both show up on my account again.

What a fking mess. Now to try and get a refund for the second transaction. The refund however says it's going to remove the game from my account again. Let's see what's going to happen...

So my tip to anyone who gets their purchase stuck at pending(and/or canceled afterwards): don't re-purchase or buy anything on steam until that pending/canceled purchase is resolved.

it is not removed, it is hidden. You can find the failed purchase
