Family beta not showing a way to authorize users

It seems I’m the only one getting this problem right now I don’t see no help so far but I have my girlfriend and my buddy’s account on my family and I’ve tried to authorize my girlfriend but it won’t show me to authorize her or my friend it doesn’t even show when I go to family it just shows the people on it not letting me authorize . If someone can help me I’m getting desperate and I am gonna be willing to pay someone at this point …

So you are in the Family BETA?
First you need to create a Steam Family. Give it a name.
Then you get a button to invite people from your friend list to your Steam Family.
The conditions are that they A: also are in the Steam Family BETA and B: their accounts must be in the same store region as yours.
Also a family can only have 6 members max, including the group creator.
Thats it. If you have any other problem describe it more clearly.
Or what exactly do you mean with " cant authorize" ?

When you go to settings and family it only shows the family members nothing els we are in the same region and same country and all.
