Steam has taken my money for game, but it isn't in my library

I bought a game with this account. The money was taken from my bankaccount, but the game is not in my library, nor did I get a confirmation e-mail and the game is not in my recent purchases...

I opened a steam help ticket, but didn't get a reply yet..

Any tips or help?

If it says failed then Valve didn't receive the money and it is in limbo and will return to your payment method in a few days tops. Some payment providers are experiencing problems on Steam right now.

Same here I bought a PSC code to add money to my wallet. Steam took the money from the code but didn't add anything to the wallet. I checked the PSC website and it says the transaction was successful. Shortly after, my friend called me saying he tried to buy something with his credit card and his money was taken as well, but on Steam it says the transaction is pending, as well as my PSC money that I wanted to add to my wallet. Hope it will fix itself because I wanted to buy Fallout 3 GOTY and Fallout 4 GOTY and sale ends tommorow lol.

Hello, i got same problem. Today i tried to buy Monster Hunter World, but steam said that there was a problem with the payment. Few hours later i got an email from steam that the payment was cancelled, but my psc account was already charged. So i dont have the game and i dont have my money. I hope that i will get my money back.

As far as I know its impossible to return funds to PSC code even Steam have info about this so I dont know what they will do lol.

They also suggested that I contact Valve support, which I did. A friend of mine has the same problem, but with his credit card he called the bank and the bank staff told him that they have more reports about this and in their case every transaction was successful and with more and more reports they now recommend chargeback to their customers.

I think he has contacted support, but I doubt other people will because, as I said, with more and more reports from people affected, his bank is now recommending this to all affected.
