I ran to an issue trying to change my new acc email

So i sent a n email changing request to steam
I send
The acc name
The email i want to change to
The old email
The cd key code i redeemed on the acc
And the screenshot of it i bought on gameseal
But steam keep telling me that they havent receied the required info, someone pls help

Are you sending an actual EMail? And if so, where did you get the address?

To my knowledge, Steam only uses the ticket system..
