Keep getting tradelink outdated on shadowpay? Is there anything I’m doing wrong

don't use third party trading sites. They are use at your own risk and known sources for account theft

Ah I didn’t know that haha I’m quite new to all of this I had funds on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ then they said transfer to shadow pay only I I did that and now it keeps saying trade link outdated
Could there be something on my steam settings apart from putting everything public

There lots of scam sites, the moment you login via their server scammer can do things, such as kick you off the account, and do all kinds of things, or edits your profile if they know your friends with their alt accounts, or friends with an account they stolen already to try scare you with fake reports, and edit profile, they do this to trick you into trading, or giving them money.

So best way I can tell you to avoid those issues, don't enter login information via 3rd party sites, if there a steam login, and you're already login from steam on website earlier it shouldn't be asking you to type in anything.

Another scam is API key, which can be used to redirect all trades which you don't want, so be aware what you're doing, and how it works if you mess with API keys from others, this more meant for web development, or access to account to do things.

That their end, if they pull fast one then nothing can do about it, there really no reason to hand them items, and expect them to hand something back later if they decide to not do anything, or run off, that why beware of scams. Even Steam gives you warning if sending items to them with no trades in return it consider as gifting items to them, means you forfeit your items with nothing in return.

Yeah so I deposited money on hell cas3 & then won and when I went to withdraw my stuff they said it can only be done via shadow pay so then they sent the money to my shadow pay account not skins just the funds and now when I withdraw my funds it says that I need to buy skins to withdraw funds like after I sold the skins so I need to enter a trade url on shadow pay to buy skins but it says trade link outdated ?

Sounds like you got scammed, thats the risk you take when using 3rd party trading sites. Stick to steam trading its much safer.

Think for a minute what you said.

You paid them >
They pay you via some other sources >
You won't get paid unless you buy their skins >
And gives you any run around story why can't proceed.

Pretty much sounds like they gave you run around for your money. Right now they could be counting all those dollar bills buying suckers & laughing it up.

Yeh probably cos on shadow pay says I can only withdraw from selling skins but I can’t even buy any with the balance cos it keeps saying trade link outdated lol

Aka you got duped. If this is within 120 days contact your bank, file chargeback, and explain you were scammed for something you didn't get.

On my steam it says I’m unable to trade for 15 days due to password reset could this be why my url in invalid

Trade cooldown can happen if you reset password, name change, or disable & reenable steam guard.
