Steam took money and i didint get the game

So now i messaged support they havent ansered and some of the time when i bought the game it just said error but still took my money i send steam proof and verything to get that money back and then buy the game and the game was content warning

The money is probably on hold. If the transaction failed, the hold will be lifted, if it goes through, the money will be taken. You will need a bit of patience, depending on your bank.

Most likely that error was "transaction failed" and Steam didn't get your money. If you've paid by credit card, they're on hold by bank for X days.

Or they've never left your account and bank need to process through it.

They did leave of my account i checked my bank and it said it was åaid succsefuly buy in steam it said error and still took the money

did OP use Paypal as the middleman to make purchases on Steam??????

did OP use a bank like the users in Netherlands to make purchases on Steam?????

if the answer is yes

then all OP need is to wait

since the process is like this

1) OP make purchases on Steam

2) the money left the bank

3) the money is held up at Paypal for some odd reason

4) transaction delayed as a result due to miscommunication between Paypal and Steam

all OP needs is to contact Paypal and see if the money from his bank ended up there and then contact Steam Support for help.

Again these funds are pending and will fall off your account in a few days

I used visa they said just wait tobthe money come back if not call the local bank and chek if we could get the money back
