Beta game not providing option to download after activating product key
Where or how can I download a beta that I was give a product key for? After I redeemed the key it didn't give me an option to start download and I can't find the game anywhere.

We can't find "the game" either if you don't start giving more details.

If the game isn't in your library, maybe you should take it up with support.
