Scam, yes. All official stuff runs through the ticket system, and Valve needs no internal data from you; they got access to all of it.

Where did you get that? Friends chat? Discord? Somewhere else? (No need for names, which wouldn't be allowed anyhow, just curious)

Valve / Steam Support always communicates through Steam's ticket system. While you may get an email notification of a response, they will never ask that you communicate with them through email. Any request like that is a scam attempt.

Firefox alerts with a heavily strong red page which nearly blinded me, google does, CloudFlare and ESET ..

As I know what I am doing, I ignored these massive warnings. This domain only includes a web- and FTP server, plainly for scamming and phishing email service ..
