- Clear cache, and cookies via Steam settings. Steam settings > Web browser tab > Click on both buttons to delete cache and cookies, then restart client.
- Can try running Steam as admin, or opt into Steam beta to see what happens.
- Try messing with these settings, see if any improvements on your client for you, then restart Steam, and test.

- Ensure not using something that hooks into client causing problems, as well ensure nothing messing with file, and permissions for Steam...
- If using VPN/proxy, custom DNS, 3rd party software to manage incoming, and out going traffic, or custom firewall software, or modem/router you had setup, ensure they're not blocking script calling, or other things.
- If client issue not working as should can try redownload client, go to where you install Steam folder, delete everything except for Steamapp folder, and Steam.exe, once done, run steam.exe and test to see if issue resolve.
Tell us if any of this helped
So I did the following things, and now I can see store page properly again:
- Steam > Settings > Interface
In there, I deactivated the following things:
- Enable hardware video decoding (requires restart)
- Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (requires restart)
- Enable smooth scrolling in web views (requires restart)
With all of those 3 deactivated, as I said, can see Steam normally again. No clue if only one or two of those were necessary, but it worked, so I'm good now (:
i turn off - Enable hardware video decoding (requires restart)
thanks to you all
