One steam account, two computer profiles?

I have a profile on my computer for all my controller compatible games, and I use my main profile for some controller incompatible games and for library management. But whenever I switch between profiles, Steam asks Who's Playing (even though there's only one Steam account on the computer) and requires me to login every time, despite the fact that I have the setting for asking which account to use disabled, and the remember password box checked. Any ideas?

(The reason this is an issue is because the profile I use for controller games is set up for complete immersion, and having to login and go grab the Steam Guard code really breaks that immersion)
