Steam High Resolution Picture location
it seems HD Photos are saved in "C:\Users\[USER]\Documents" but they are all thrown over the place, no files or anything pretty much a mess.

is there a way to fix that?

Sounds more like Windows locations for a windows app or userdata from a game.

Most steam things is inside steam folder

Did you select a different folder in settings? It's under In-Game. Scroll way down.

"Uncompressed screenshot folder" in (in-game tab), i changed it same issue. it throws all different game photos all in 1 single file
