After buying Battlefront 2 that I had played through EA Play, I lost all 200 hours of in-game achievements
I had an annual subscription for EA Play (through Steam) that I played BF2 through and unlocked almost every gold star for heroes and troopers, almost all purple level cards, and the long-term unlocks like Yoda's Serenity pose, Leia's Princess, etc. I purchased the game 2 days ago and just logged in today for May 4th and all my stuff is completely reset except the characters retained their levels.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get support for this? I talked to EA and they said they are unaware of this issue. Steam also denied my refund request bc my playtime in EA Play even though my playtime of this purchase is less than 20 minutes.

EA play is not refundable as it's a subscription service.

The only thing you can do is cancel any future charges so you are no longer subscribed to it.

Only EA can fix that issue if there an achievements problem in game, or on EA service.

Also for refunds, because you're beyond the playtime, only way to refund is making manual ticket, to do this visit your purchase history, click on game, click on I have question about this purchase, then explain why you want a refund.

It up to you what you want to do either refund, or wait for EA to fix the issue if they get around to doing it.
