Gold Rush FPS Problems

Hi so I recently upgraded a lot on my pc like the graphics card to a 7800xt and my cpu to a ryzen 9 5900x and when I wanna play the game Gold Rush The Game now called "Gold Mining Simulator" i do get like 80fps but randomly the game freezes and i drop to 20 then back to 80 and its a repeating cycle, why? How can I stop it? (im already running it in windowed mode)

Wanted to point you towards the game discussion board, but I see, you opened a thread there too. Hard to tell without knowing the game, but maybe it's some buffer issue. Want to try a lower general framerate and see, if the interruptions still happen?
