Help, when starting steam opens as many as 8 WebHelper, and begin to frantically eat up RAM, because of which the game begins to slow down, when closing even the client steam they remain, if you close through the dispatcher, then together with styme closes running game, maybe someone knows what to do?

Steam will use around 350mb to 500mb while in use. If it uses more it might be a problem on your end.

Multiple users have had troubles with a broken Steam file recently, that drained RAM to a high degree. Sounds like this might be the case with you too.

Check the following file on your hard drive:
achievement_progress.json
at: Steam/userdata/[number]/config/librarycache

This file is supposed to be between ca. 1 to 20 kilobytes in size. If it is larger (especially if it is several megabyte or even more), it is corrupted. Delete it to have Steam create a fresh version of it at the next launch (no worries, it's only a summary, you will lose nothing).

P.S.: Having multiple steamwebhelper processes running is completely normal. Stuff like your library, your friend connection, your overlay, etc. are running on their own separate tasks.

To disable WebHelper follow these steps
1- Completely close steam
2- Go to the Steam icon on your desktop, right click, select properties.
3- Go to the "destination" section, you will find the following: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe". After the quotes you must paste the following: vrdisable -console -no-browser
IMPORTANT!!!!, There must be a space between the quote and the text I have given you.
it should be something like this:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" vrdisable -console -no-browser
4- Apply and accept

With this you will no longer get WebHelper, BUT and I make a big point here, since this will eliminate the search engine from your steam, you will only be able to open your games from the start of your steam, next to where the time appears on your desktop, by right clicking and opening the game you want to play.

If you want to revert all these changes, all you have to do is follow the steps and remove the code from the "destination" section and it will return to how it was before.
I hope you can solve your problem.
