Why is my New Battlefield V already linked to an EA account I have no access to ?
I cannot refund because I have been trying to fix game foe over 2 hours, but I got gifted battlefield V but when I go to sign in via steam it takes me to some account, I don't have access to. Every time I try to contact steam, they say it's not their problem and EA, they don't help me they just ask me to sign into the account I don't have access to. What am I missing. Is EA just stupid??
This is after quiet a few hours of EA customer support not helping to send me in circles. And the original Sender of the gift I cannot contact. But steam can see that I own the game..

Only EA support can help with regaining access to a lost EA account.
Steam can not offer support for third party services.
