Help with purchase on the community market

for a couple of months now, I can't complete any purchase of items on the community market, nor trade anything. I like collecting the trading cards, but whenever I try to buy one, I always get a screenthat says there were problems,please try again later. I also tried trading cards, and even thought the other person accepts it, the trade just doesn't happen.
at first I thought it was because I got a new phone and had to change the device for the steam authenticator, but this was months ago. I chacked everything, my account is perfectly fine, but the market just doesn't complete any transaction I try to do. please, help me.

i get that as well! sometimes you'll have to click directly onto market through the community tab -- the error it might show for you ( which it did to me ) is you need a successful steam purchase without any refunds in the last 7 days. after the 7 days you'll hopefully be able to trade IF thats the issue. hope this helps!

Thanks, but last time I bought a game was in January and I didn't do any refunds.
