Linking YouTube with Steam doesn't work.

I've been trying to add some videos to my Steam account using chrome, but every time after I link my YT account, I get the "this site cannot be reached" error (HTTP ERROR 500) instead of getting the list of videos to publish on my steam account. Have Valve discontinued the support to upload YT videos on Steam?

It's happening to a lot of people, i think it started with this error after google changed the login page

yes, and they seem to not understand is their problem, I submited a support ticket and they just didn't understand status 500 is server side, I really hope this issue get's higher on the chain, else we are stuck with people that doesn't understand stuff like this and will take longer than needed to be fixed...

EDIT: New support person wrote me, they are aware.

Video embedding on Steam has been broken since 2020. There was a thread that has gone on for over three years before a moderator locked it.

This is what happens when you support the one platform and absolutely nothing else.

Yeah. This problem seemes to have been present for quite a while now. Hopefully it gets fixed in the comming weeks/month. The problem is at their end (error 500).

Upon digging through my history, I see that I first encountered this problem on August 17th 2022, and it hasn't been resolved since, but for all I know, it's probably been going on even further back compared to when I first stumbled upon it.

By all means, if anyone has been facing this since before August 17th 2022, let me know so I can rectify my statement with regards to my own history with it.

Considering that support tickets are locked immediately after a cookie cutter response is given to inquiries about Steam and YouTube, I feel like they are more likely to silently can the feature entirely

Same issue. I have to go into a internet browser like google chrome, sign into steam there and link it. but the link never links
