I cant to change my login in settings. Only username. If should I contact Steam support by email?

you can only contact support thru the ticket system

you cannot change your log in name. you picked it and you are the only person that should know it.

is there a reason you want to change your log in name?

The account name is unique and can not be changed.

My account email will be soon decommissioned/discontinued for a number of reasons. Can support assist in the changeover for my account? Alternatively, what options are there available to migrate games from old the account to the updated newer one?

You can change the email account you use.

Games cannot be migrated as they are yied to the account the licences were activated on.
