Not receiving An SMS

Hey guys so I lost my old phone and it has steam guard on it and I want to recover it so I can log in to my pc and I can’t receive an SMS idk why I have my old SIM and I’m using it but I ain’t receiving any SMS from steam and now my account is locked because steam support won’t even answer my help requests idk why but I haven’t got a response from em

Any one has a phone number of steam support or smth I want them to open my account in any way possible

There is no phone number. The ticket system provided through help.steampowered.com is the only way.

How there’s no phone number ?

Every time they ask for a code from SMS I won’t receive it

Simple, on March 17th there where 820k support requests. How long would you have to wait if only 10% of those would use a phone number for support?
Keep in mind that would still be 82k phone calls. Well, 82k people trying to contact phone support.

So now I can’t fix my problem and it’s not my fault that their services sucks I should’ve received an sms in seconds but they just makes it hard
