Can't view screenshot, recorded video.

Before I was able to view my screenshots and recorded vids. Now it's not showing whenever I view my media library, it keeps loading forever. When I'm on desktop mode my image files and video files are all empty even though I took screen shot and it says screenshot saved. That's why install stream lab obs and it saves my files(recoded videos). What do you guys think happened? Dunno if I accidentally deleted some files that cause this prob.
