hiya im trying to play hades with my bt controller but cant seem to even get steam to recognize it what can i do. im also useless when it come to anything technical so baby steps are appreaciated. Thank you

The controller doesn't do anything within the game no buttons work. There are also no settings in game to switch to controller.

If your controller pair with your mac, make sure Steam detect controller, if it does, make sure it detect it inputs as well, and if yes then launch game via Steam.

If you by chance alter Steam settings for controller, you have to review what changes you made, if you disable steam input, or overlay you have to have these enable so it gives the game the support for your controller.

Im able to open steam using the controller but once its open it doesn't show up on steams configurator no does it work properly in games.

Hey, had a similar issue, here's what worked for me.

Go into steam settings, then controller, and it popped up as being recognized. Went through set up just to make sure, when I started the game it still wasn't working.

I enabled steam input, and it seems to be working good now. Just in case someone else needs a tip.
