Ban trade

I just got back my account that was hacked 3 years ago. but when I go to buy prime for cs2, there is a notification that my account has been banned from trading in 2021. So what can I do to be able to trade as usual and buy prime for cs2

But i cant buy anything.

There is that. In addition to anything else that's going on with their account it makes buying a game or Steam Wallet funds more than tricky.
