Installed games not detected in steam library.

I recently did a clean install of my OS, now the steam games i have installed on my hard drives don't show up as installed in my library.

Did you re-add the drives?

Steam > Settings > Storage and click on the top right drop down arrow then select add drive. Find your steam library folder/s.

All my hard drives are detected, just the games on them won't show in the list. I guess I could just delete all the steam folders then just reinstall them after.

So all the games show in the storage tab for each drive but don't show up in the library as installed?
