problem with payment using paypal(Money dedcuted but its not shown on transations )

hi i tried to purchase btf 1 and 5 (battlefield) so i payed using paypal i had around 6 usd in my acc so i added my card so i can complete payment using it and the money got dedcuted out of it without the purchase being complete at all and just got a message saying that the billing address doesnt match and transaction is not showing in my steam acc neither my paypal acc .

There some questions here.

- Did you make an Paypal account, or just used guest?
- When you LINKED your bank card to your Paypal, did it give you any errors?
- What do you mean by wrong billing info? Steam doesn't ask for billing info if you're using paypal, only paypal would be saying this if you linked card with wrong information.

If steam say wrong billing address then means you're not using paypal look at the payment method page, this only happens if trying to use bank card, and you gave them wrong info, or using bank card that can't be used for online transations.

I suggest check your paypal account, or contact paypal support what going on.
