Steam store keeps closing and reopening

I noticed the problem a few weeks ago, now everytime I browse the store, especially when I go in a more specific section or search for a category or game after a few second the window flashes black for a moment, then the app closes and reboots within a few seconds on the main store page.

No other section causes a crash.

I already tried the usual troubleshooting methods like:
- Loggin in and out;
- Deleting the cache;
- Uninstalling and re-installing the app (with all the updates).

I only found one other user with this problem and neither them seemed to have solved it.

I'm having the same problem with the Steam Client. I cannot log in at all to any part of Steam via the Client (I'm accessing Steam via a web browser presently). The Client keeps crashing perpetually during the log in process. I've tried all the usual steps listed in the Help forums here (with the exception of uninstalling all of my games) and nothing works. Would appreciate some help battling this witch magic.

kindly remove 3rd party programs like

1) full version of malwarebytes

2) full version of CCleaner

............etc.

these two programs are known to Conflict with Steam Platform and Steam Games.

I had cc cleaner but only the free version, try to remove that but the problem is still there

Steam > Settings > Interface >>> uncheck Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (requires restart).
