Steam crash on selecting download page

As soon as i click on download page (bottom of the steam)
it crashes and show the following error :

Error Reference: Shared SteamUI 8751487 93bdd522e1a9ad9f
Cannot read properties of null (reading ' appid' )

Probably something to do with a deleted game or app ?
what is the solution here?

Sense this is content from server its know as clear DL cache

its a steam setting in the client.

old trick
is to validate old game after this. so it repatch or refix itself. worst case wipe that game folder then dl cue is stopped and then cancel, then wipe again to freshly install game again.

other things we forget here , what if game devs is updating game same time or maybe a mistake, its rare but could happend.


assume its not a family shared issue.

lets say shared content has been remove , then you cant DL it, i bet.

ask gamer devs and make steam support ticket, tell what system you are, and game name,

atm its seen as steam users owen mistake, you need alot of ppl with it, then i bet and game devs will see it as not just a few users.

we are all stream users here, dont forget that, this is not support.

Try steam beta client according to other steam user it fix it, he just dont say what cause this, check steam beta client own forum if ytou need to know.

give better detail OS and app name and ask game devs. just incase error is wityh them and the uploaed they did.


do update netcard driver or check its actual update, just incase its a network issue

please tell us its not a family share issue, and you actual own the game.

keep in mind, many old tech person do not follow beta for a reason , we have learn the hard way they are seen as a problem in big scale , here its only games. huge diffrence.
