It runs fine up to the menu screen stage, but when you try to start the game, the above message appears and if you turn off the message window, the game window closes. What's the problem?

I tried deleting the game and downloading it again (I confirmed it was completely downloaded), but the same thing happened.

You're not the only one, somebody posted a similar issue in the games own discussion forum. You might want to try the other posters suggested troubleshooting steps to see if they help.

I cant say its that maybe Russian version have trade embargo issue, only notice the from russian/Zog or bug gl contact game devs.
