If your lost power, your PC crashed, your internet went out, squirrels chewed through your cables, you accidentally hit alt-f4 whatever happened on your end isn't Valve's problem to solve and it doesn't negate the cooldown. And there's no way for Valve to determine whether it was a natural disaster or user being a poor sport.
But it's hard to say for certain because you were so determined to express some unhappiness that you forgot to actually describe the issues or even use proper nouns.
Also support doesn't work off random forum posts. And you didn't really provide any information for helpful users to help you.
So problem = ?? means the solution = ??
If you want something done about the ??'s you have to address the first one.
This a game problem?
This an account problem?
This a trading problem?
This a PC problem?
and i did all the things like checking for problems the scan for problems on Steam itself nothing working
Did you verify game files?
Did you ensure have nothing hooking into game files, or messing with permissions?
You're not using VPN, proxy or somethat that messing with your connections?
Now just a long shot at this, are you playing CS2, or did you prevent game from updating for CS2?
It sounds like you've done "something" to find a cause, but didn't find anything and were at the limit of your expertise or patience and gave up. That doesn't change anything or make someone else responsible for the problem. It means you have to keep looking or live with it.
So let's get specific.
What are your system specs?
When did this problem start occurring?
Did anything change around that time? New ISP? New Hardware? Did you move the PC, or take it apart to clean it? New software installed? Anything?
What have you specifically done to troubleshoot, mentioning vague scans doesn't tell you much.
Now keep in mind, avoiding answering these questions or half-assing the answers isn't going to help solve your problems.
