PLZ HELP I CANT DOWNLOAD BEAMNG DRIVE

I bought this game and started the installation but lost internet halfway through. When I restarted it it resumed the download from where it left off but then stopped giving me the "disk write error" error message. I googled it and did almost everything on this site: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-fix-steam-disk-write-error-4687188 but it didn't work and my game still won't get past 20%.

Fully uninstall it and restart downloading it again. Maybe a corrupted file.
