I don't know what Seplono means, but I think you should keep it. It has seven letters and three syllables like all the best usernames 😅 and it is quite memorable. I've got no idea if I pronounce it to your satisfaction, but to me the word is a dactyl. Ie. The first syllable is stressed, the next two syllables are unstressed. This makes it quite pleasant sounding poetically.

I am perhaps getting a bit too passionate in building a case for this username I only heard of three minutes ago, so I'll shut up now. 😜
