Account age? Blocked in game trading (New World) although account is 1 year old

I'm being blocked from trading items in game, I get a message account must be 72 hours old - yet, I created the account and the character about a year ago. On this account, I did not play much, but past the 3 hour required minimum to be able to trade and character is lvl 11 (required lvl 10 in New World) - but what is with the 'account age 72 hours...' what does that mean if the account is more than a year old? ???? Thanks for help
