Edit: all the time it's like the 5th time i got banned then the ban was removed by steam support however each time it adds up
Your account is compromised
Do all this in the order its written to make sure your account is secure
1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
and dont come back saying you never clicked a link etc
I always check devices with my steam account online. And even in the moment i've got ban there was NO devices i don't know (i've checked it immediately). I know what i am talking about. It's not "hacked" or "compromised". Steam Support isn't perfect and sometimes people get banned by mistake. As i already said, i can provide any information to sure you, my profile is secure and there was simple human mistake.
Are you talking to support through the ticket system, or through pm/private messages?
Regardless, I'd suggest you take all the actions Carloss listed, if just for peace of mind.
Okay, if it was compromised, how would you explain i got banned IMMEDIATELY i clicked "confirm trade"? Bad timing? I wouldn't think so. No, i'll write about the actions suggested.
1. Done. Nothing.
2. Checked, they are.
3. As i said, all devices are mine
4. I did it from different device
5. Got it
6. I've got no API
I'll ask again. How's that compromised?
It could be, trading all your csgo items to your friend triggered a sort of account lock, like an automated system assumed your account was stolen and the items were being stolen, so it locked the account to protect them.

Here's the chat with support
I've got steam community message with a new window, where's told i am being banned because my account could be potentially stolen. I'll repeat, i've got that window popped up immediately i clicked "confirm trade", it was a steam trade offer. It was me, who tried to send a trade offer. How the ban was removed is described in screenshots above.
So you were banned because the attacker user you account to spam or whatever
Stop logging into scam websites and your “random bans” will stop
It says "it appears" which doesn't mean "it's definately was compromised".
But i didn't log into any "scam sites" with my login and password. Neither QR code.
So stop using VPN and steam won't think you are logging in from another country.
