Best game recording software?

In YOUR experience, what is the best of these two? Windows 10 Gamebar game recorder, or AMD Graphics game recorder? Facts: Both are limited to 60 FPS. AMD lets me record up to 2160p Res.. Where Gamebar only allows a "High" quality generalized option. Which is better? I assume the AMD graphics drivers are capable of doing a better job than my less powerful processing hardware/cpu. But regardless of hardware, what software is overall better?

Simple search would've shown you that it is OBS.

Nevermind I figured out AMD has better Audio Quality. Video quality is only slightly better or same depending on resolution of the game.
