Download speed suddenly very low. Help!

I normally get about 50 mb/s download speed, but today it suddenly dropped to extremely low, like 5-10 kb/s.

I did various speed tests online and I'm getting normal high speeds outside of steam. I tried to clear my download cache, change region, restart, restart computer. Nothing has worked.

Happens sometimes, it's usually a result of too many people trying to download something all at once. It overwhelms the Steam servers.

Happens sometimes, it's usually a result of too many people trying to download something all at once. It overwhelms the Steam servers.

Mine started with the new DRG game and now the issue has spread to other games/updates. Also it's confirmed NOT to be on my end so don't even try...

Same. Other games worked fine to download at first, now none do.

It has been stuck at 92% for the last 20 minutes. This is after restarting steam, pc and router to try and fix things. DRG
