ALT + TAB Freezes cursor and whole pc after 3 seconds

Hello, i have an issue with ALT + Tabbing on my PC right now that happens when i play games that has different resolution from my native resolution. Usually its only freeze during the ALT + TAB period, but this time the ALT + TAB works fine without lags but 3 seconds later it freezes my whole PC for around 2 second and it works fine again. Its not a really big deal but its very annoying.

I have a setup of 3 monitors, 1 Ultrawide, and 2 regular monitors.
First Monitor : 3440 x 1440
Second Monitor : 1920 x 1080
Third Monitor : 1920 x 1080

Game Resolution is anything below native resolution cause freeze after ALT + TAB 3 seconds later.

I have turned on and off a lot of settings on Display Settings, but the problem still persist. When i'm testing stuff, weird stuff happened like if i opened Display Settings Window, the ALT + TAB only lags during the ALT + TAB period, not 3 seconds later. But if i dont open the Display Settings Window, it lags 3 seconds later like usual. It wasnt like this since 3 days ago. It's driving me insane.

Can anyone please help me ?
I tried every fix on google, and reset my PC and the problem still persists

Dont forget then you task out, it will dump as viatual memory on disk, but we all see the high end spec and assume games is not that big or you have other app or multi games running.

the pc seem to be strong enough , unless you have 3 games open. some pc dont like Graphic get reduce then game still playing (( taskout. )) and you dont explan this.

i could also say online game still run then you taskout some pc do not like this.

and we assume you have enough free work space for temporary files or page file or viatual memorry, if you dont have 500gb free on OS you effect dump workspace this is know as seeking time for free space all disk do this even SSD/RPM,
there is alot of missing info here.

You have IGPU issue with Main Nvida card, so many post with this, turn it off or disable it in windows device manager.

and also the steam setting igpu accelration off , has been seen solve this.
( its in so many places now in browers also and other game client ) and windows system even, do note this can change the we have multi GPU card or solution, its not that simpel and say all turn off. ( its matter of Multi gpu card can work better togetter with IGPU.

Nope, i still have the same issue.. The temporary fix for now is to change the desktop resolution similar to a fullscreen game resolution or just play the game in native res (which is not a good experience for some games at least for me)

I've been trying to figure this out as well, the only thing that fixes it is to disable all monitors other than the main one but it's not a fix really :/
