That site lists authorized key sellers.
Other sites are grey markets and may lead to your account getting phished.
Edit: or just straight up getting scammed, like a certain 3 letter site that sells accounts instead of games...
Sites listed on isthereanydeal are legit and you do not need to worry.
If you buy from a site listed on isthereanydeal, there is pretty much no risk at all (just take care that you are buying a Steam key, not a key for the EA launcher or Ubisoft Connect etc. but that is clearly labeled on the site)
If you buy from a grey market site there are several things that might happen:
- you get scammed. (The key you buy is not for your region, was already used or gets revoked when the sellers original payment gets cancelled)
- you get scammed (instead of a key the seller sold you get name and password of an account - which is against Steams ToS, so Steam might lock that account, or the original account owner - which might not even be the seller - gets it back)
- you get phished (someone tries to trick you into logging in on a fake Steam site, getting your password, account name and authentificator, getting access to your account.)
Buy from Steam or any of the authorized resellers listed on isthereanydeal.
Just an example of what can happen.

2. They advertise CD Keys and/or offer currency for games or in-game items not sold as official DLCs.
Admittedly, sometimes it is hard to say.
And if the "store" looks like ebay with multiple offers from different sellers then it's a market or bazar.
You don't know where those keys have come from and wether they will be revoked in the future.
