my 123 5 7 0 buttons dont work only on numpad

i dont know what i did ... i wanted to play some games and nothing works when i press them ...

1. i googled it and i found a fix to reset the keyboard but i dont have a FN key
2. i unplugged the keyboard and did hold ESC , nothing happend

i dont know what else should i do pls help

Does your keyboard have a numlock button

I have a Num Button with a arrow pointing down ? on the numpad

Have you tried turning it off and on to see if anything changes

yes one time my PC was shut down and when i turnend my PC on i unplugged it again nothing happens still same problem
